Many of their members are from South Africa, and were at one time, the owners of a Germanic language dictionary shop. They have even adopted a pseudo-German accent. They are also known to have a penchant for Nazi regalia, such as a swastika emblem on their uniform and the name of their faction is "Cesars Legion", which is a play on words of "Sieg Heil".
so basically, caesar wants to conquer the west and merge legion culture with ncr culture to make something new, like how the romans merged with the greeks to make the roman empire right?
I like the Legion. I think their ideals are generally cool and they also do eugenics (necessary)
