I am curious of this as well. I'm in my second year of appealing to get the good NEETbux/tismbox and unless this guy has some other sort of income I can't imagine he's going to have thousands of dollars to throw around from them alone, at least if he's in the US. American disability funds are pretty damn shitty and you have to fight hard and jump through hoops to get relatively little, if you're lucky.
