hoi4 is shit literally how can it be fun
completely moronic game
frontline ai, air zones and navy management are completely moronic
this
My second game I ever played was a world conquest as Britain. The game is extremly easy if you spend 20+ hours microing literally the entire front
>>1,045 hours on HOI4.
have no fricking clue what i'm doing.
You haven’t been doing anything. You’re playing hoi4, the first paradox game that plays itself.
You’ve just vaguely told the computer where you want to see what particular color and it took care of it for you. That’s all. Cant believe you were able to look at that screen for so long.
How? It's the easiest PDX game to learn.
Have you actually played the game?
stupid answer. hoi4 is shit, but at least play the game, before making braindead assertions. hoi4 gameplay is all about meta gaming and asiaticclicking your enemy to death, or troony visual novel mods.
Assmad kiddo crying about his fisher price hoi game lmao awwww
Your game plays itself and is the simplest and easiest game paradox has ever made. Get over it this is fact no opinion
homie can you even read? I just shat on hoi4 you fricking mongoliod, i didn't defend it
Frick you moron. Stop defending HOI4. It's a literal drooling babby game. Just shut the frick up. If you reply you die
>(you)
The quintessential HoI4 thread experience right here.
hoi4 sucks balls Black person!
I don't even know how to draw the fricking line right, armies never go where I want
You have to make a shitton of lines and then they are useless when the situation changes, it's just easier to micro the units
same all i know is to draw the line and press go i have no idea how naval or aerial combat works
naval is messy but air combat is literally just clicking on whatever area you want them to operate in (assuming it's within range) and choosing what mission you want them to do, like air superiority, ground support etc
i really, REALLY wanted to like it but it's too micro heavy for me. the AI completely shits itself whenever you execute battle plans
HOI4 is a good game and I'm tired of pretending it's not
>1100 hours in Civ5
>never played above emperor
Hoi4 in only fun multiplayer where people actually make plans and try to.encircle eachother
Singleplayer AI grinddown is boring as frick
Same, I think I'm around 200~ hours, but still
The game is so fricking shit, but I still play it with friends, I don't know why they like it, it's basically the most linear paradox game except EU maybe, cuz I didn't play that
Even more linear when you know that your opponents will use the same meta division setups
Is there a more autistic “group” (might be one person) on /vst/ than hoi purists?
