Come on magical stuff from folk tales is actually real, harrys cloak is a deathly hallow too, while everyone has a cloak even Moody mentioned it he had one. Also I dont really care about Snape, if he would terrorize me for years just because he loved my mom I still wouldnt name my son after him.
