Everything about this game is perfect sucks that they opted for the l4d formula, it would be so much better if it was open world, literally star citizen 40k
Its definetly more playable than before the whole skill tree rework.
There's still room for more guns to be added (where's my hotshots or meltas? Also more ogryn dakka pl0x)
Some bugs and glitches are still around but if you know what to expect from Fatshark, dont be surprised.
The average pubbie Kerillian got replaced by the recon lasgun / autogun moron who blasts all his ammo on random horde fodder in the first room then cries about not having any ammo for when the designated deathsquad of 10 gunners and 10 ragers arrives.
Psykers keep blowing up and have questionable abilities, ranging from "its free kills", "palpatine crowd control" and "your life ends 30 minutes from now".
Zealots, for some reason, are either some speedrunning troony homosexual, morons who think they're better than they actually are, or just some random dude.
Ogryns only have two types. Rock-throwing lads who can carry their team hard, or shield-using morons who only hold it down in place, not realising how strong the shield actually can be.
I like it but it gets dull after a while, the only thing that kept me somewhat refreshed is trying out other weapons and realising how shit they really are.

Not really. If you go for lore reasons, the Lucius Lasguns / charged shots are just lasguns with their battery charge changed.
Since TECHNICALLY you could overcharge the cell on a lasgun to the point where you can use them as anti-tank grenades, or to really blast someone's brains out.
The Lucius ones are just that but with a charge-shot thing. I don't know why either. I like them, but started enjoying the basic b***h Kantrael MG1 or MG12 more. You lose out on 2-3 shotting crushers with the heavy Lucius one (Mk3), but you can kill ranged units faster that way.
Missions get repetitive, and while I dont mind them basically re-using maps but turning them around 180 so you're going reverse in some spots, I wish there were more hold-out missions. Maybe that's just me being pissed at trying to do all the mission types on heresy as veteran, and realising there's only ONE repair mission in the entire game, so now you're busy jacking off while waiting for the mission to show up.

Because valve employs geniuses and allows them to take all the time they need. They have no qualms about scrapping 10 IPs in various stages of development just to get a final product out with lessons learned from all the research they do. Don't see any other company like it ever coming around again.
