I seriously do not understand how anyone who unironically uses that word can enjoy this medium or any other for that matter. Most stuff I see called woke was around in games, cartoons, comics and whatever else for as long as I can remember. Those so called macho cartoons were full of public service announcements about bullying and the environment, and those hero teams always had POC's and wheelchair people. Even old Japanese media is woke as frick. They either aren't old enough to have consumed old media, cherrypick a handful of products or are extremely media illiterate.
It's a bunch of kids and twenty somethings who feel they have no identity. So they join in on this shit for validatjon and a feeling of belinging. The actual reality of what they say doesn't really matter. All that matters is that THEY matter by going on what they feel is a crusade. That accounts for both sides of the spectrum.

Out of that list the only one I played was Mario Wonder, and it was fun but way too easy and short. If it was supposed to be one of the very best games this year then it was a shitty year.
