I already have a switch since launch and hardly ever used it. The only games I played on it were botw, smash, animal crossing, metroid dread and totk. I havent turned it on since I beat totk back in launch month.

I put in an online pick up order for the slim yesterday but I haven't bothered to go in and pick it up. They said I have 2 days to come in and get it before they cancel it and refund me. I'm not even sure if I want to bother getting it. FF7 Rebirth and Dragons Dogma 2 are the only games in 2024 I care about at all. Nothing else interests me whatsoever. I don't have a powerful enough PC to run though games before you mention that.

I have an amd apu mini htpc though and that's quite good. emulating PS2 or gc games from time to time works well.
They're not impressive at all, they rely on their method of implementation to even mimic actual PC hardware. If they were socketable they'd be far below average.
