Why would they? Good, soulful games don't belong on pc
They would have to port all the 360 games to PC to make it work.
A lot of the games are included via Xbox 360 backwards compatibility. iirc the only one that was natively ported to Xbone was Grabbed by the Ghoulies.

Conker is emulated in the collection using an internal emulator Rare made for the collection. You might be thinking of Live and Reloaded which isn't in the collection but is available on backwards compatibility,
Live and reloaded had a cool class based multiplayer and kino levels like that one where you kill weasel Hitler

It's a beat'em up (and a really hard one at that) where you attack by using the right stick. Some of the enemies can kill you in one hit, and there are really moronic QTE sequences where you must press the right button or you die.

Do you guys consider Banjo Tooie an "open world" platformer?
The one time I played this, I only played it to try out Nuts and Bolts for the first time ever, and when I tried to play it, the intro making fun of platformers pissed me off, followed by gameplay that was at about 10 FPS or lower.
Gave up and returned it.
