Sprites are all messed up, no matter the game/render type/emulator. Been waiting for a fix forever.

Citra stutters on whatgame? Sounds like a specs issue. And can't you just play an rpgmaker game?
It was Bravely Default, I played it many years ago on an older build and now that I think about it, other than some minor freeze every now and then, it ran pretty much flawlessly, but I had to format my pc at some point so I never managed to beat it.
Tried it again some months ago on a newer build and the frame pacing was all over the place even with g-sync/v-sync on. Checked on fucking Reddit and everyone was having the same issue, no idea how they managed to mess it up so bad.
I seriously hope it has been fixed since then, because that shit was unplayable.
Ah. I always play jrpgs with speedups so that might be why the devs didn't notice it.

I remember looking out for some Chinese build to play Monster Hunter 4u back in the day. YMMV though.
That's not fucked, it's how it's seen in real hardware due to the ds resolution.
Every modern ds emulator gives you the option of rendering in a higher resolution, that'll make the sprites look correctly

I never play 3ds and ds games on emulators. They are soulless. I like to have 2 screens and stylus while playing this games. This consoles are mega comfy anyway.
What's wrong is citra is garbage that actually runs worse on my system than yuzu or ryujinx do with plenty of games
Also that you have to go tinker on a fucking text file if you want to scale the image properly because there's no proper scaling settings

i managed to get my roms working just fine after dumping them myself, although i only did that to dump textures or to record gameplay without a capture card
