Alolan Raticate can only occupy LGPE if it was originally obtained in LGPE, so it may as well be right there with the rest of the victims of absence.
Spinda technically counts too because BDSP will never get its Spinda algorithm bugfixed, which means HOME's legality checker spergs out and leaves Spinda shit out of luck on ever going into a Switch game.
Shame TPC is too autistic to just quietly patch BDSP to fix Spinda and not worry about the spots being inconsistent pre-patch.
If it isn't a bug that causes a save file to be bricked or erased or crashes/bricks the Switch outright, they have no reason to care.
Seems easier then fricking with Home's cheat detector.

I wouldn't be mad if my Pokemon were stuck in Pokemon home, or moves were stuck in home if home wasn't such a dogshit featureless application that only lets you stare at your Pokemon all day with the occasional trading. Again we either need Pokemon stadium, or we need the Pokemon to be usable in Pokemon home. Or just bring back the national dex in mainline but we all know gayfreak won't do that.
