it is, but you legitimately get a more stable (if that means anything) if you crank it up to high. rigs that should perfect this doesn't because it still doesn't utilize multi-core threading. it's only single core because they're still on DX12.

Vulkan, it would be actually good for them to swap over to since it has better multicore support and if they can actually get it working, which it's CIG so its another thing for them to work on, people speculate their framerate issues *should* be solved once multicore CPUs can split shit across the cores instead of forcing them through one core
