the other ice types are a pseudo legendary, an actual legendary, and one of the generation's gimmick mons, why would cetitan (which is still the coolest one anyways) be better in the first place
Tinkaton is fine but holy shit, Tinkatuff was awful to use. I remember sending mine out against the poison star dude and Tuff losing despite the immunity because she did literally no damage.
