It's not all that. There are easy specs and difficult ones. Arcane mage, sub rogue, unholy dk. Lots of very difficult optimization with adjustement to makes for each fight. It's not easy by any standard but the standards of the sweatiest wow player in existance.
Festermight, 15 sec strenght buff on wound pop, doesn't refresh. Ideally you try to sink it with a sudden doom proc, improved FS damage. Now sync it with the ending of your 20 sec gargoyle which is improved by Death Coil. So you wanna death coil fast to increase damage, but you wanna stack your festermight for it to be high for the ending where your deathcoil increased it's damage. This kind of bs is everywhere in wow and you gotta juggle this with other peoples buff, mechanics, raid timers and random procs, 2 trinkets and various cds.

The over the top of addons you need in WoW made me stop playing it when I tried again, did some PvP and then learnt that there's addons that outright calls out whatever spell an enemy casts, visually lets you know shit you couldn't have known otherwise.
