It's a little rough around the edges and alot of the mechanics seem to have a element of randomness, like things just go wrong for no reason

These AAA studios are filled with people with no passion for gaming. They don't play their own games. Go back 20 years and watch a documentary on Bungie or something and you'll see the developers love gaming so much that they work all day then after work get together and play the game they're working on. By playing their game they learn what works and what doesn't and the end result is a better game. So I guess my point is that they probably didn't know it was shit cause nobody actually played it.

I'll check out someone else and they're looking at the same thing. I check someone else, same fricking menu. I know there's naval combat but it so far in between that you're staring at this fricking menu most of the time?
I was curious about it and tried to watch a stream, I don't know how anyone can handle playing the game for an extended period of time with the crew screaming constantly. Even if i liked the gameplay i can't see myself being able to endure that screeching.
