Should've just been some gift Pokemon from Penny or something. Make it the Silvally. You could even give it a type change gimmick. A bunch of car engines running around is just moronic. If it was just a Pokemon made by Team Star where only 6 existed it'd make a lot more sense

Varoom and Revavroom are ghosts that possessed a discarded engine block and attached themselves to rocks to leach minerals out of them, producing more poison. That's why they float instead of roll around on the ground like the Rolycoly line.
