If the game is meant to be a critique of Rand, it's pretty stupid. Ayn Rand didn't advocate or believe that there should be a separate utopia for individualists. She did not want a "Galt's Gulch". That wasn't the point of the book. The point was that society needs to allow individuals to flourish and to stop repressing them, otherwise the result of their achievements will disappear.
The point wasn't the separation or giving them a personal utopia. The point was showing a representative version of that society in its idealized form before letting it meet with other values and positions. It's a sort of observation. Something like a character study.
