Why can't AAA games have cloth physics like those? It even deforms up there to the seams.
This is a standard unity function, but it's very hardware intensive.
I think some do but more to the point AAA games usually have a lot more going on in any one scene then what you are seeing here. I mean, besides the cloth physics, (which are jittery and weird as-is) it looks like a PS3 game.
