To be fair, Venom gained an immunity to Peter's spider sense from binding to him. So it makes sense for him to do sneak attacks on Peter when he isn't right in front of him. What is inexcusable is Peter not being able to dodge a powerful, yet slow moving, attack that is right in front of him. His enhanced reaction time and agility is not tied to the spider sense as it just an early warning system. He should've easily dodge that attack.

If Spidey fricked off and left all to shit, its no good. If he was depressed, did he ask help or did he think he was above it? This comes after Peter was cucked while MJ was in another dimension for four years her time but one week Peter's time. In trying to save MJ he alienated a bunch of his Super Hero friends (namely the FF and Captain America, not Miles as he wasn't involved in this story at all).
By this point Peter is no longer depressed and hasn't been for some time, and has been active for a while too. This is also, at a minimum, the third time Peter and Miles have hung out since he was depressed. Not to mention the fact that Miles didn't reach out to him to see if he was ok, like any real friend would (more specifically, like the Human Torch did), he also didn't even visit Peter when he was in the hospital months before that.

If Spidey fricked off and left all to shit, its no good. If he was depressed, did he ask help or did he think he was above it? Its hard to be positive towards a guy who was supposed to help you, and basically left all work to you to the point you might've died because he was depressed and didn't seek or ask help.
This comes after Peter was cucked while MJ was in another dimension for four years her time but one week Peter's time. In trying to save MJ he alienated a bunch of his Super Hero friends (namely the FF and Captain America, not Miles as he wasn't involved in this story at all).
By this point Peter is no longer depressed and hasn't been for some time, and has been active for a while too. This is also, at a minimum, the third time Peter and Miles have hung out since he was depressed. Not to mention the fact that Miles didn't reach out to him to see if he was ok, like any real friend would (more specifically, like the Human Torch did), he also didn't even visit Peter when he was in the hospital months before that.
