I can't speak for non-US countries, but many documents are far more anal about telling you their classification than that.
At the head and foot of most documents is something that looks a bit like this:
Classification: UNCLASSIFIED

And it's pretty common for the beginning of each individual line of text to have it's own classification marker in parentheses. For unclassified info, it would be (U).

War Thunder's tanks aren't very detailed though, the insides i mean. There are the core components like engine, turret ring, optics etc, but they don't show the actual detailed stuff.
