It needn't have same issue 7 and 8 did at least where it falls off midway or near the end. No shit swamp areas.
Did RE1 drop off anywhere? I can't remember. Maybe poisoning the plant?
Personally the only thing that comes to my mind is Lisa Trevor. Don't get me wrong I like pretty much everything about her inclusion in the remake but I would somehow redo her bossfight or even remove it almost entirely. I'm trying to think of what I found to be a slog and there isn't much there I would bother to mess with outside of that specific boss fight. Make the return to the mansion after the guardhouse more exciting? I dunno.
Imagine if RE9 is basically a reboot of 1 in first person, but you're Jill alone in the mansion
mentioning fps remake of 1 just got my noggin going. I could see it being fun, maybe even great to look at and explore again even
Never played the Remake, so no idea who that is.
I'd probably make the Hunters able to move from zone to zone, add a hiding mechanic or something new like that so that you have the RE2/RE7 or Castle Dimitrescue unbeatable enemy stalker
Her and her mother were used as guinea pigs for Umbrella's various viruses, the mother soon died from it, but Lisa's body mutated from them into being seemingly unkillable while also destroying her mind. Later Birkin was able to extract some of the mutated T-virus in her and begin the development of the G-virus. But since she was unpredictable as well as unkillable (she killed several of the researchers who posed as her deceased mother in an attempt keep her controlled, those being the faces she's got over her own) and viewed as having gotten what use out of her they could, they chained her up somewhere in the mansion facility and pretty much forgot about her, but she'd actually broken free at some point and had been lurking around in the catacombs and forest for some time unbeknownst to them.
>Did RE1 drop off anywhere?
Personally I think the caves suck, and the lab is kind of underwhelming for the "this is where all the bad shit went down" area.
But I don't recall a hard drop off even there that's comparable to say the Island section of Re4, and everything else in 5,7 and 8. I think the level design being constrained to a mansion/grounds just makes it leaner maybe.
Great reads thanks. Here's the full 30+ minute interview youtuber "Residence of Evil" did with the actors who portrayed Chris, Barry, and Wesker (complete with sunglasses) if you haven't seen it.
I encourage anyone interested to check it out if they haven't. They're a little boring but I still found it real frickin' neeto.
I had fun in Resistance on console. Of course it should've just been another stab at Outbreak but that being said getting to stomp around as Mr X and smash teenagers/young adults faces was quite fun. Playing against a Spencer player fricking sucked especially towards the last updates to the games life.
I got a shotgun...
DON'T BELIEVE THE LIEEEEEEEEEEES
Just imagine RE9 doing a throwback to this trailer. Potential kino

I would be alright with this attempt. Just taking the RE7 template and applying it to a RE1 remake. I can see it working more often then not.

Was Lisa an elderly tyrant or something?
No, but mutations taken from her were used in developing the G-virus, and in the process of developing the later Tyrants like Nemesis.

I don't care what people say about the voice acting in this game, this is my favorite out all of them!
CHRIS REDFIELD
>chad redfield
I recently saw the japanese original intro and I had no idea how butchered the american version was.
TERRIBLE DEMONS ouch
I can still hear it, feels good
here's some info on how the infamous intro came to be, along with an interview of the actor who played Barry:

JILL. Here's a lockpick. It might be handy if YOU, the master of unlocking, take it with you.
You were almost a jiggle sandwich.
as a child I heard "gibbled sandwich" and that made sense to me because reasons
Why was he so upset?
>no re0 remake that goes all in on billy being tyler durden'd by rebecca
>mfw zombies can now open doors
>emulate outbreak
>mfw they do
>outbreak never on PC
Capcom, it's easy money printing...
uhhh sorry we can't hear you and are going to keep trying to make PvP Resident Evil a thing instead making more co-op games. Play Re:Verse!
