Whatever you do, save Lost Judgment for last. The combat is so far clear of the rest of the series that it makes all the other games feel worse to play.
Yeah, leave the two Judgment games for last. The quality in writing is on a different level since you're no longer playing as a shonen anime character who resolves every situation with a topless fistfight on the roof of a skyscraper.
This is a fight you cannot win because you do not have the spirit to keep going and pursue your dreams. Give it up, your back tattoo is of a basedjak whereas mine is of a chad, I am pursuing my destiny.
HERE I AM ON TOP OF A SKYSCRAPER TOP OFF WAITING TO SMASH YOUR FACE IN AND YOU TELL ME SOME EXCUSE ABOUT CHAD, WHATS AN AFRICAN SHITHOLE GOT TO DO WITH ME SMASHING YOUR FACE IN homosexualCHAN? TELL ME?
Judgment combat sucks just as hard as Yakuza. It's fricking hilarious that they've had 20 gears to improve the combat in any way, and they haven't. It's crap in the beat 'em up games, it's crap in the turn-based RPG games.
7. It will spoil literally everything of 7 for you and it takes place before, during, and after the events of 7. The entire game is setup for a major event that happens in 7.
>what's the best place to grind styles?
Random encounters in the final chapter. No, I'm not joking. BP2 has the yakuza you can walk into which give like 1000 EXP per fight even in the early game but they also want you to do it in the final chapter because they give like 3000 if I remember right?
Really. The only other real option you have is the ranking battles but they take three times as long for like 5k EXP? It's barely anything and costs you money.
Also, there is no way to make easy money in BP1 either, it's basically poker (Which I highly recommend you savescum via savestates on PPSSPP) or about 14 or 15 playthroughs where you do all the substories so you can fight Gaia for his 1 mil.
BP2 fixes up the money issue because mahjong and roulette exist with mahjong having a bug that gives you infinite tags with minimal effort. That's not necessary though because roulette is like 1 and 2's so you have a 1/3 chance of winning something like 144k every time you spin.
EXP is also much better in BP2 because of the harder single enemies that wander around but it's still pretty bad.
Don't go for 100% in each game, I'm warning you right now.

Well then just know you should at least get HP and ATK to 30. Gaia is balanced for level 50 characters so even if you have Extreme Man (Or whatever they translated it as that I forgot since it's been a while) if you're below 30 in anything the fight is mainly a grab fest to earn Heat and when you're not you're dodging.
Chaos can be done with absolute garbage stats and is a fair fight.
Just play 7, bro. It's the best in the series. Then play Gaiden and then Infinite Wealth. Don't waste your time on any of the older entries. They are for autistic manchildren.
>finish Judgment after having it in my backlog for almost a year >enjoy it a lot, almost immediately want to start LJ >SEGA literally doesn't let people in my country buy it >it's not cracked yet either

whats the easiest way to make money? Colosseum grind or cheating at Blackjack?
also they brought back mofo Pocket Circuit
If you're talking about 7 the best way to make money is Ichiban Holdings as it's 3 million every four to five minutes. If you are willing to invest several hours into getting the mats then crafting seven Nouveau Riche Crowns gets you 80 million every time you run the FMT which takes about 30 minutes. It starts being more worth your time if you have a minimum of two or three crowns, I forgot which.
If you're talking about Gaiden it's the single Platinum round since Chicken Man can do a run in about a minute and a half and earn 3.5ish million. You can also do the higher tier Hell Team Rumbles but they're much more annoying than the single Platinum match. Once you do all the matches you can do the Minamida Gran Prix and that's like 8 or 9 million but it takes like 6-10 minutes.
If you're talking about Ishin Kiwami it's Chicken Racing savescumming in the very early game then selling stuff from the Battle Dungeon.
release order
Don't play Yakuza 7.
Garbage
Don't forget Ishin

zoom zoom
cause zoomers are known for playing turn-based games, moron
7 first, gaiden spoils the whole plot of 7 since it's happening at the same time
Butterfly City goes kind of hard ngl
fr fr no cap aniki
Can you play this game without playing the others? I’ve tried a few Yakuza games and they’ve never clicked.
No. This game spoils the entire franchise and takes place after the main character's epilogue. If you don't like Yakuza then try Judgment.

p-piratebros I don't feel so good...
use a vpn
or get a physical version on console since region locks aren't a thing anymore
it has denuvo so it's not getting cracked. I'm glad the series is still being ported to the PS4 so I can pirate them easy

If you're talking about Gaiden, probably the Coliseum. You get millions per fight in platinum

it's amazing given how few substories this game has how dull they managed to make them all. this red peawieners/white knights shit is awful.
7, Gaiden assumes you've played 7 already and spoils it.
>play gaiden
>do substory with the gangs
>the leader just ragdolls off the bridge and instantly dies
lmao
