If your assignment came from the Emperor himself, why would the Empire have a literal crackhead as your Spymaster? Was he for real, or was it a facade all along? I want to say the latter, but he never drops it when he's around you.
It'd be a cover and also allow for connections, as I'm sure the Sugar dealers are privy to all kinds of information; throw in being partly a hobo, who also have lots of info to share, and it's a glowBlack person cover.
spears were very strong though. probably most OP weapon type. I think they stopped putting them in because they are too OP. Huge range and good damage, downside? not much selection. can get deadric level spear from first real town for like 160g. Bethesda and game balance is just lol
The game feels so disorganized yet also organized at the same time. On one hand you have shit like that, the thousands of bugs and exploits, but then you have a world that is masterfully fricking crafted with little secrets and tiny pockets of lore that all make sense and tie in together. I don't know how they did it.
question about morrowind. i want to play a pure mage. i want altmer since it has the most magicka, and i know most people say atronach, but i find that sign annoying since you dont regain magicka on rest. is altmer + apprentice really THAT bad? not many enemies seem to have offensive spells classified as "magicka" so im not sure its really a big deal
Started playing Morrowind recently, enjoying it. Tried Oblivion today and I like how the world isn't a dreary shithole, but I hear level scaling's a thing.
I like the slow-but-satisfying progression of Morrowind, does Oblivion still offer that or is the scaling obnoxious?
No. I have come to shit on Morrowind.
DUDE SKOOMA LMAO
I love to go to Suran and just ______________
nah i got that already
Dopest dope I ever smoked.
bruh that's one fat doobie

he has moon sugar on his table
Even if he's just pretending to be a moon sugar user, then obviously he would have some moon sugar on him. Doesn't mean he would necessarily use it.
he's very unsuspicious and unthreatening. And if he meets with randos all the time its probably just a skooma thing

He's obviously a Sugar junkie, yeah.
Let's see if anon was correct.
Nostalgia.
i like how they just forgot to put one trainer in the game
they forgot to put a crapton into that game, anon
Ring textures don't even work in the game.
They really hated medium armor
And spears

Ahem.
A lot of weapon enchantments made useless things OP.
i used that spear you get from Sheogorath for the entire game,
>not using fortify skill on touch

If you enjoy getting brutally murdered by fire spells, go for it.

Scaling is the worst thing about Oblivion
If Oblivion had no level scaling and enemies placed with intelligence, and also no arrow compass, then it'd likely be as good as Morrowind.
And the lack of unique dungeons, totally random loot, etc, etc.
Sad there's no Morrowloot for Oblivion
After your first playthrough use maskars overhaul, it fixes the scaling.
>does Oblivion still offer that or is the scaling obnoxious?
hahahahahah....HAHAHahahaha.......HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA
HOPE YOU HAVE A STRONG INDEX FINGER
>the master Speechcraft trainer is also the head of the only Mages Guild in Telvanni territory
Fact: High Elves are the most powerful race on Nirn.
