It's about supplementing production teams with AI to streamline production and allow smaller teams to make more impressive works. You could have a human artist make concept art for key areas of a game and then expand it using AI.

Also ChatGPT and other LLMs (large language models) are being modified to do work in steps and have some level of error-checking, but they'll always just be keystroke-guessers at their core and not a general AI.
