No, it's literally 100% uptime for all three of them. For Monk it's a trait that's always on and can't be turned off, and then for Ninja and Samurai it's a buff that should be active at all times.
I can't say I've ever noticed a difference between the speed of monks abilities and other classes so frick it they probably will give Viper positionals then if they aim to keep them as a mechanic.

The problem with Summoner is that, more so than any other class, it doesn't really FEEL right until level 90. They really botched the remake and spread it out way too much.
Once you hit lv 71, Bozja is an incredibly fast way to level.
I know that doesn't help with the earlier levels, but others have been saying what to do for those.
50 - 70 just do what other anons suggested but you can throw in some deep dungeons if you are bored. For the lowest levels leading up to 50 you can toss in fates and dont forget your hunting log. fastest way though is to buy the book in the mog station
I found dungeon grinding to be enjoyable. Easiest way to learn as you play with minor mechanics so you learn to play on the move and not just on a target dummy.

Yeah, at this point what little we DO see of it is both inspired and yet original. It's clear it takes influences from other games in the series, and is probably even some element of FFXI in there too since everyone could dual wield to a degree, but then it's also doing its own thing.

It's for sure going to be beast master and you will use mobs instead of party members to run dungeons. Thats also why they removed a lot of the "soul" from the dungeons, so as to make it more sensible for animals and monsters to run them
Honestly? I just don't think a pet class would be fun in this sort of game design, old SMN was already shit even if new isn't really inherently better beyond consistency. You'd need a Carnivale like BLU just to make the most of it.
I'd rather just have a Job Master / Freelancer / Onion Knight case where mastering jobs lets you go all FFV and mix and match as a return of pre-Stormblood ideas expounded upon, but isolated from main game balance, so people can go batshit with custom job setups.
I really think that by taking control away from the player and making these run more like trusts or maybe at an absolute push like GC squad missions with mobs it could easily be unique enough and much more fun. Taking morbols into claustrophobic dungeons to ensure constant debuffs on all pulls. Bringing wespes to pull enemies at range. Bringing bosses to fight other bosses?
i don't think it's legal to add anti-cheat to a game postrelease in japan, and the usual invasive methods (think denuvo) violate privacy laws over there

I don't have a big deal of a problem with not being able to use Paladin armor with my Machinist, and most losers will just use all-class shit for everything, but I fricking hate that some of the coolest glamours are entirely still stuck on crafters.

I can't say I've ever noticed a difference between the speed of monks abilities and other classes so frick it they probably will give Viper positionals then if they aim to keep them as a mechanic.

They said it would focus less on party play which suggests solo play. The pic shown had a WoL with several iconic mobs (bomb, cactaur). It's for sure going to be beast master and you will use mobs instead of party members to run dungeons. Thats also why they removed a lot of the "soul" from the dungeons, so as to make it more sensible for animals and monsters to run them
Honestly? I just don't think a pet class would be fun in this sort of game design, old SMN was already shit even if new isn't really inherently better beyond consistency. You'd need a Carnivale like BLU just to make the most of it.
I'd rather just have a Job Master / Freelancer / Onion Knight case where mastering jobs lets you go all FFV and mix and match as a return of pre-Stormblood ideas expounded upon, but isolated from main game balance, so people can go batshit with custom job setups.
I really think that by taking control away from the player and making these run more like trusts or maybe at an absolute push like GC squad missions with mobs it could easily be unique enough and much more fun. Taking morbols into claustrophobic dungeons to ensure constant debuffs on all pulls. Bringing wespes to pull enemies at range. Bringing bosses to fight other bosses?

This has always been one of my big gripes about the glamour plate system, I only just recently got enough plates to have a consistent glamour for all my combat jobs, and even then I'm gonna be one short come 7.0 because of Viper + a caster. I'll probably just sacrifice Astrologian's plate again like I did before since I don't play that job much, but I'll still grumble about it the whole time. I'd love to wear the gatherer/crafter AFs.

The limited job is actually gonna be Freelancer and they'll use it as an excuse to bring back old job actions. Since it'll have access to actions from every job, this also means it can easy cover the bases of tanks/healers/dps.
