yes, but if you start during anniversary or wwc you can plow through the game with powercreep. sadly global is in its slow period until june but you can accoomulate stones.

I'm not sure I'd ever want to play on a private server. It's not like there'd ever be new content, and there's only so much to do before completing it all or getting bored of it.
The only one I've stuck with is GBF. And Touken Ranbu, if that counts as gacha. Dragalia was the only other gacha I stuck with for more than a few weeks to a year, I miss it.

No, not yet anyway, just keep it in this thread really. Updates seem slow and co-op is probably a long distance away.

Nintendo shutting the servers down means they have any intention to use the IP at some point. They haven't shut any Mother 4 projects down they don't give a shit about it.
