I mean, if it was better optimized I would be playing it, but game runs like shit on a 2060. I rather wait for it and play my massive backlog or play any of the new releases that work flawlessly at launch. Baldurs gate 3 has a lot of bugs but it doesnt run like shit

I will go back to it for sure when they add new worlds or story arcs though.

Some of the characters are cool. I liked the storyline with the 3 judges and 1 imposter. I liked the storyline with the advanced species that wanted to crash their spaceship into a black hole. The storyline of some of the Yaesha stuff is alright too. Weirdly enough, all the most boring shit is all the human-related stuff.
It's a very solid 7.5/10 game. I am almost done with my first playthrough and I don't see much replayability in the game, so it makes sense that people beat it once on campaign, the dabble a little in adventure and then quit.

Game was good until I got to the nightweaver. Did they fricking forget to playtest this shit or something? I got Losomn as my first world and this boss is busted and impossible.
A buddy of mine got a different starting world so he was much higher leveled than me when fighting nightweaver and still he was at the point where he was pulling his hair out trying to defeat her.
I've played plenty of remnant 1 and all the soulborne games but this shitty boss is busted, kind of feels like I'm forced to just make a new character to reroll for a different first world.
Eh, I'm not having trouble with that tbh. The fact that you should stay in the lobby is something a child can understand. She just feels really overtuned, and it feels like starting gunslinger and investing into the Assault rifle was the wrong choice for this boss.
Second phase you spend 90% of the time dodgerolling, only to have the boss frick off into the walls or hide when there should be a phase where you do damage. It feels like I'm chipping off no more than 5% of her health per minute, and the second you miss time your dodge she fricking one-shots you by shooting icicles and lunging at the same time.
Boss design is something these devs never get quite right. All damage is overturned to the point you have to use your heart every attack no matter how minor. There is only one way you can play on the hardest difficulty which really exacerbates the problems.
Ah well, when I was playing as challenger+medic the grab attacks were my main issue. It was bullshit since they would bypass the whole challenger perk of being able to self-revive. The other mechanics I didn't have problems with (dodging forwards seemed to work well).
The real bullshit is the final boss. There are attacks you cannot realistically avoid at all.
In the topic of bosses, each time in co op people always just kill the doe when the ravager tells them to. Think lost folks wouldn’t just do what the clearly evil thing says to do.
there are too many games these days and most of them don't stand out. this hobby is on life support

I am aware, I mentioned adventure mode in my post. You play through campaign, then play some adventure mode to get what you missed and then that's it.

I keep hearing about nightweaver being hard but I only died to her once’s because I was being dumb and melee attacking her.
