Bloodmoon ursaluna should be the base form. I can picture Ursaring evoling into it after hibernation during a full moon, all bulked up and menacing (unlike base ursaluna)

Ursaring was already a big monsterous pokemon. What it needed was a buff. Its also too far removed from Teddiursa but they don't add middle stages.

It was also one of the few follow me users available at the time, nowadays it's completely obsolete because actual good Pokemon learn the move.
Eviolite Ursaring does nothing, it's complete dead weight, especially in a fast paced aggressive meta like VGC.
It can't take advantage of its ability, it offers no support, no speed or field control, no damage, nothing. It's shit.
