I don't play games that only got popular because they were reviewed by homosexual youtubers

that's cool. some of us played before it was reviewed by homosexual youtubers. Some found it because of homosexual youtubers and hopefully had some fun.

i had never heard of chinese cultivation before this game and it came on my radar because i thought it was a farming game.
Love it now though. Don't understand everything but it's fun to turn my guy into a living god.

And why's there so many Chinese games, and so many Chinese mods of games that involve it?

as interesting as these cultivation games sound, the fact that they are made in communist china kills any chance of me playing them. has taiwan made any qino?

I've been trying to get into it again the past couple days but I keep resetting the first 30 days due to various issues in progression and refusing to read guides
    >Another Chinese game gets updated after I download it
Frick you, Chinamen. Vacate the seas of my mind immediately, I already bought ToI, I can't get this too.

Tales of Immortal? How do you like it? I've been looking at it after playing this but a lot of reviews say the company fricked around and not to buy it now

I binged it for a good 60 hours before buying it and putting in another 40. It's not the deepest game, playing evil is a quick way to make the game miserable and most rewarding options naturally trend you to Righteous over Demonic, and the different combat styles are wildly unbalanced.
But you can stuff demon birds into a gourd and sometimes turn them into cute girls who are entirely devoted to you, so, you know.

            >Constantly get coaxed into infidelity by my master
            >Also my master's sworn enemy
            >Also my army of gourd girl apprentices

The Matchless Kungfu, but Ganker won't let you play it because the israelitetuber did a video on it very recently and the Steam page is flooded with his viewerbase.
It's a fun time but the translation is extremely rancid.

Sad, but I'll get there eventually I guess, after I read 20 more essays on cultivation rooms and Qi boosting items and Golden Cores
I hope the difficulty scales to the size of your sect or something instead of how long I've been playing so I can be moronic and experiment

Huh, I thought they were working on a sequel.
Might get back in to the game but it was a tad too autistic and filtered me, I never like when I feel like I need to use a guide to do stuff past a certain point.

What's the cultivation equivalent of going Super Saiyan?

      Anonymous

      Achieving Golden Core.

      Anonymous

super saiyan is like a genetic hack to temporarily raise their realm and qi level, this kind of bloodline thing isn't unheard of in xianxia settings but usually it's just having a stronger realm or talent rather than a temporary form.
meanwhile a technique like kaioken would probably be completely common place and used by everyone, everyone is using it for every fight and people in highest realms are doing it subconciously at all times without burden or something they just have that much qi. It would be fundamental, you wouldn't fight anyone without boosting your qi like that.

it's still in the works. in their news section they said sorry for being incompetent and that they are now going to release in 2024. I haven't been keeping up with any devlogs or anything so not sure how far along they are.

You're literally training to shape a golden core (the best kind), which is basically like becoming a super saiyan. But that's no where near the final stage for either.

You've gone from 'literally' to 'basically'...I'm starting to have doubts about this theory of yours.

I don't follow Dragonball Z/Super much, but I assume Goku's penultimate goal is no different from the final stage of Amazing Cultivation Simulator?

Penultimate means 'second from the last,' not 'the most ultimate.'

I liked the game but I wish there were more weird and esoteric ways of powering up. I really want to feel like some mad alchemist deriving ancient law to figure out the recipe for immortality, not just sit there and meditate for a while and occasionally eat a ginseng pill. Same kind of complain I had about cultists simulator really, the "occult" side ends up too simple to really grip me.
