upscaling in general is shit, you ever seen DLSS
I've had cases where it looks too blurry so reshade and some sharpening filter which costs no performance fixes the visuals. Other issue is ghosting which I rarely notice, like the trail that cars leave when driving them in cyberpunk, but it's probably been fixed already.
I only turn DLSS on when I want all the RT features for games like Cyberpunk and AW2, and I have a 4090. Otherwise I leave it off.
It's always noticeable to me. Specially small objects like power lines, blades of grass, there's always ghosting and it bothers me a lot.
And the problem with it is fundamental to how it works. It will never look like native because it's temporal. It's like TAA, the flaws are impossible to fix.

Their CPUs are top tier but they really dropped the ball with the GPUs and have been trying to catch up to nvidia for the past 3 gens. It's really shitty since nvidia can just do what they want due to no competition.

The current generation AMD GPUs would need to be literally half price from what they currently are for me to consider it. They are just too power hungry and FSR is garbage. I play a lot of low GPU intensity games, and AMD cards uses double the power for the same performance in those types of games.
