Getting into the strip is way too easy. The player should have been forced think about how exactly they were going to get inside. Using a fake pass should have had benefits and consequences. If the player got caught using one they should have risked getting banned from the strip having to resort to finding another way in or even being forced to side with another faction to complete the story.
