I'm surprised habbit didn't see this coming with him doing the same thing before. He previously worked on Kemo Coliseum (candy crush clone with furry porn) early on, he did some of the character sprites and a few cgs but after a while he just disappeared so the devs had to ditch him.
The KemoColi situation is allegedly a bit more complicated then that and has has worked on Sdorica (before getting the boot i think last year, along with several other artists). If i remember right he did Law, Yao and several of the Beastman NPCs.
Long story ghost Raccoon was basically hired on as a "support artist" and the devs basically implied that null was holding up progress by being so slow and they had stuff ready to go but no art/assets for them so he threw a not-so-subtle venting post about being replaced without naming names, but thing is that it was years ago now and KemoColis update rate honestly didn't really improve after the "ditching" and he is still technically a artist IIRC they just grab whoever they can these days too rather then rely exclusively on him, like i think some of the CG was actually fanart that the team contacted the artist for after the fact if they can use it.

I decided to poke around the gallery I started with Lucifer and I notice a swimsuit option and check it out first and I'm immediately greeted by Lucifer's soft ten inch long dong practically wrapped around his waist. I skipped most of that scene because I hate him but I kinda feel like the little tantrum fits a lot more with him being the host of the shadow king of jealousy and all the shit Jade says to him in chapter 1. Pino, Gamela, Rotthart, Jinnosuke, Rasho, Pollon & Orta, Stallone... Chabeau is probably too new to call a "favorite" but I really REALLY like him so far, and his lines are really cute.

I really like Baccarat, he is my #1 fav. Nitro is really cute and cool, big fan. Amorey, might tie with Baccarat as my fav, he's amazing. Pollon and Orta are up there, I love those silly guys. Edgar's cool, and his alt is my current go to healer. Chabeau like that one guy said is new, but he's beyond cute so far, fun story overall. Honestly I like a lot of em, Rai's nice, Fu is too. Theo is a unit I don't have but I like him a lot. all of the pirates including Leonhart. There is just so many guys... I love men. Big guys are super welcome because I love big guys...

Crave feels very tame in comparison but it never really has any interesting moments its all kind of the same. Eidos has more low moments but can have cool moments too. Overall I still read Eidos more often. I am not bringing up Housamo when its not even a porn game gatcha .

You can spark on any banner.
Specifically, the soulmate (playable unit) with 15 tenfolds and the artifact (stand) with 20 tenfolds. Mind, you might have to skip like a month or two's worth of banners to stockpile, but eh. It's a big safety net.

He is handy in a pinch since he can be placed both on low and high ground, is ranged (and as such can hit flyers) and if placed behind someone he will heal them so there is preety much always some way he can be worth placing down.
I pulled him on release and he has pretty much always been in my party since unless outright restricted, i dunno if he is broken good though.
I used him for a while until I realized he's not that powerful and just replaced him with a Jinnosuke.
Was worth pulling his alt for that based scene alone though.
I'm hoping that Casino event comes back. I started again after that banner finished and I found that one 6* mafia guy to be broken since he lets you summon two extra units. I've been throwing like 15 tickets for Lyon since I have his bf, but I'll have to call it quits for him and just hope he spooks me later.

I do wish there was more stuff to do in this game overall. I would kinda like to see them ripoff arknights's base building system to have something else to do when loggin on for the day aside from using tickets or steamrolling whatever event is currently happening.
Challenge content would be a good step in the right direction for gameplay. I remember the last challenge stage actually made me use defenders as opposed to just the usually "stack DPS strat". Arknights has a lot of things to farm for and collect for free players to feel like they can make progress, would be nice if you could have anything to do other than skip ticket sim.
While I do appreciate that this isn't another daily chores gacha it would be nice to have some more sources for crystals besides waiting for new levels. Making event stages have their rewards reset when they're rerun or something maybe? idk I'm not a game dev
every time I pull a random 6* the back of my mind says "maybe one day there will be specific content that could use this guy" and try not to see it as a waste. Gacha tend to add specific content later on that limits who you can bring or makes you bring specific "sets" of parties that you are locked into and have to cycle them as you go through the quests, all optional content, but with good rewards for doing it.
I kinda want to justify having these random ass 6* because I only pull for hot furry studs (we need more lithe/slim furry guys to pick from) and kemoshotas that make my pp hard, any other 6* I get unintentionally is usually someone I have no interest in at all and will just sit in reserve at level 1 indefinitely unless content gives me a reason to use them
it'd be neat if they did something like "for this mission you can only bring peys blanc units" to really give a reason to level everyone up. they already have "no fighters/vanguards/etc." type 4 star missions.
honestly if all the 4 star missions were the default difficulty and there were even harder missions for bonuses, this'd be a game-y game

i don't know what "sleep" does. pius preventing allies from sleeping seems niche but if they ever start spamming that in missions it could be useful. his ability to activate skill to increase attack range + hit aerial units is also nice.
They hardly ever introduce mechanics for enemies. Like them adding stun only to add bunch of counters but you rarely see them and you usually can brute for anything.
So apparently the new 6* Fu has some good synergy with Charlotte. Sleep is a debuff and Fu does extra damage or some shit on enemies with debuffs applied to them so he benefits from the sleep, Sleep itself lowers enemy movement speed which I can only see helpful if you run a ranged heavy setup since it gives them more time to pelt shit before it starts to get close? I might try going back to some of those 100 enemy missions I never cleared. Stick charlotte near the enemy spawns just so he can slap sleep on some units and make it easier to manage lanes

Arcana seems to also be getting an alt in this event, looks like a dream defender riding a Baku. And in this form he's taller and more muscular as well.
Though there's also a neat new enemy unit added, an enemy that can spawn whereever. Pretty tanky to boot. Seems like potential new mob units will be a pair of horses.

jesus christ, this is one of the hardest things i've done in this game. this stage is driving me nuts.
i found it easier to get a 4 star clear than a 3 star one, no idea why lol. honestly these 100 enemy stages end up being a matter of figuring out where the best place/best time is to handle the flying enemies that randomly start showing up at like 70 enemies in.
Half the time I see people struggle is because they never level their units. Some will still be even bronze with no skills leveled.
my guys are all ranked up, mostly skilled up, and around level 50. gonna try to clear the extra summer stages next, but those are genuinely brutal.

Long story ghost Raccoon was basically hired on as a "support artist" and the devs basically implied that null was holding up progress by being so slow and they had stuff ready to go but no art/assets for them so he threw a not-so-subtle venting post about being replaced without naming names, but thing is that it was years ago now and KemoColis update rate honestly didn't really improve after the "ditching" and he is still technically a artist IIRC they just grab whoever they can these days too rather then rely exclusively on him, like i think some of the CG was actually fanart that the team contacted the artist for after the fact if they can use it.
That said, Null-Ghost is definitely not on the "reliable" scale for getting work fast and consistently from what i got.

I keep checking and nothing really excites me. The top ones look mid at best. Also there is one artist who keeps drawing the same fricking human fricker with different hair colors and its always sucks when I get one.

It's the ONLY gaycha with actual gameplay, where you have to think about team composition for high difficulty stuff, so I don't mind playing it. Eidos is a login and skip ticket simulator and while some people prefer that, I want at least a little something to keep me invested.

He is handy in a pinch since he can be placed both on low and high ground, is ranged (and as such can hit flyers) and if placed behind someone he will heal them so there is preety much always some way he can be worth placing down.
I pulled him on release and he has pretty much always been in my party since unless outright restricted, i dunno if he is broken good though.
I used him for a while until I realized he's not that powerful and just replaced him with a Jinnosuke.
Was worth pulling his alt for that based scene alone though.

Challenge content would be a good step in the right direction for gameplay. I remember the last challenge stage actually made me use defenders as opposed to just the usually "stack DPS strat". Arknights has a lot of things to farm for and collect for free players to feel like they can make progress, would be nice if you could have anything to do other than skip ticket sim.

While I do appreciate that this isn't another daily chores gacha it would be nice to have some more sources for crystals besides waiting for new levels. Making event stages have their rewards reset when they're rerun or something maybe? idk I'm not a game dev
every time I pull a random 6* the back of my mind says "maybe one day there will be specific content that could use this guy" and try not to see it as a waste. Gacha tend to add specific content later on that limits who you can bring or makes you bring specific "sets" of parties that you are locked into and have to cycle them as you go through the quests, all optional content, but with good rewards for doing it.
I kinda want to justify having these random ass 6* because I only pull for hot furry studs (we need more lithe/slim furry guys to pick from) and kemoshotas that make my pp hard, any other 6* I get unintentionally is usually someone I have no interest in at all and will just sit in reserve at level 1 indefinitely unless content gives me a reason to use them
it'd be neat if they did something like "for this mission you can only bring peys blanc units" to really give a reason to level everyone up. they already have "no fighters/vanguards/etc." type 4 star missions.

Are the new units even good?
i don't know what "sleep" does. pius preventing allies from sleeping seems niche but if they ever start spamming that in missions it could be useful. his ability to activate skill to increase attack range + hit aerial units is also nice.
They hardly ever introduce mechanics for enemies. Like them adding stun only to add bunch of counters but you rarely see them and you usually can brute for anything.
So apparently the new 6* Fu has some good synergy with Charlotte. Sleep is a debuff and Fu does extra damage or some shit on enemies with debuffs applied to them so he benefits from the sleep, Sleep itself lowers enemy movement speed which I can only see helpful if you run a ranged heavy setup since it gives them more time to pelt shit before it starts to get close? I might try going back to some of those 100 enemy missions I never cleared. Stick charlotte near the enemy spawns just so he can slap sleep on some units and make it easier to manage lanes

I meant more there is no compensation for getting dog shit worthless dupe beyond cucking you from a unit you are missing. Like if it help you at least build a spark for a unit it be fine. Also this game has always been piss easy to clear even with low rarity.
Two extremes, both are bad, a good middle ground would be meaningful improvements to the character that aren't necessary to being successful with content. Not like the game has any content that needs specific units anyway, but getting a dupe for a 5* or 6* is basically the same thing as throwing your stones into the trash.

using chabo a bit to farm the current event, and he actually seems quite good to me despite being a blocker. 15 cost for 3 block and his skill makes his damage output pretty good, i don't even have it maxed out yet.
Chabo's a very good guard unit, since he's just an attacker with 3 guard at this point.
This is probably how they'll have to make future guards if they don't want to be completely useless, who just prolong fights.

jesus christ, this is one of the hardest things i've done in this game. this stage is driving me nuts.
I wish more of the game was like this. These early challenge stages were the funnest moments in this game.
i found it easier to get a 4 star clear than a 3 star one, no idea why lol. honestly these 100 enemy stages end up being a matter of figuring out where the best place/best time is to handle the flying enemies that randomly start showing up at like 70 enemies in.
my guys are all ranked up, mostly skilled up, and around level 50. gonna try to clear the extra summer stages next, but those are genuinely brutal.
Half the time I see people struggle is because they never level their units. Some will still be even bronze with no skills leveled.
