As far as I know, the Inca never had a flag.
Peruvian here. As far as I know, they never had a flag to represent Incas themselves BUT they did have colored clothes like pic related to indicate they were trading Chicha de Jora which is one of the few alcoholic drinks they left us. To this day if you travel to around Peru's andes (mountains) you can see that flag anywhere and you'll know they sell the good stuff there.
In Civ V and IV you can play as the inca's
And in Europa Universalis IV you can also.
Humankind should have a Inca like path you can follow, but its not as fun as CIV in my opinion
There is a pretty good inca empire mod for HOI4 aswel.
And i belive 'The shadow of the tomb raider' maybe also feature some inca themes but not sure.

It is the flag of Cusco yes, it was designed in the 80's (and established) by some rando artist who said that it represented the 7 crakras and some shit. But everybody here knows it is because of the Chicha de Jora stuff. It just better represents Cusco cuz it was the Incas capital city but the flag can be found all around the country. The flag does not represent Incas, it represents "We sell Chicha here now trade NOW

The spanish brought a shit ton of vegetables fruits and meat but before they arrived, the Incas had to make do with what they found, one of them being the over 4 thousand types of potatoes that can be found here, each with different flavour and texture. It amazes me that today we don't use THAT many potatoes in our cuisine here in Peru, can think of 5 or 6 that are used in different plates but thats it.

The cheapest thing you will find in Peru are potatoes. They are so fricking cheap holy shit, and they were even cheaper before. Current goverment fricked the economy but potatoes are still cheap because p o t a t o e s. I like to cook and worked in restaurant for a while so I in my opinion the top 3 potaotes are:
Yungay: mostly used for its medicinal properties, it can help with hypertension and works as a natural diuretic.
Huayro: Inca's potato by excellence, this was the most traded potato and what they grew most. Can't blame them, it is really good. My grandparents use it when they cook Chicharron (pic related). Best shit ever.
Amarilla or yellow: a sand texture potatoe that goes really well with almost anything, it is the main ingredient in Causa Rellena, the best dish i know how to make.
