I'm just saying that if a drink strong enough to remove 3 points of INT, potentially making a person of average intelligence near moronic, you'd think that person would be slurring their words.
Listen you hairy ass, if you're so fricking moronic that a drunk who just chugged an entire jug of moonshine can convince you to sell your entire stock at half price, you're a lost cause.
cdda is the closest I've seen though it's all numbers. but they got a decent simulation of the effects of those on your character, increase of those with increased dosage, risk of OD, addiction and withdrawal, though the last two were in fact exaggerated the last time I played... I don't remember me being chained to bed for a couple days after a day of snorting speed, or going out of breath three times while crossing a small hallway. but all in all it's by far the closest simulation I've ever saw.
>no game that randomly assigns your character as a certain kind of drunk >sad drunk gets complete debuff on alcohol consumable >jovial drunk gets big charisma buff >sleepy drunk gets slow regen

Bulletstorm
You can take bong rips in GTA 5, don't know how accurate to real life the effects are though.
Drugs in RPGS are always just some 20% strength boost or something.
Fallout drugs are usually pretty brutal with the downsides though
I still don't get the reason for the +1 or +2 Charisma boost alcohol gives you.
That makes perfect sense, as long as the more you drink it eventually becomes a charisma malus
Alcohol lowers your inhibitions and makes you more sociable. Have never drank before?

The main effect of cocaine is that you feel really really cool for like 20-30 minutes, idk how that could translate to a game mechanic though
a cool meter appears on the hud

>mfw I'm a jovial drunk so people want me to get drunk
i'm also a jovial drunk but people hate getting drunk with me..
Sleepy drunk here. Can't believe I wasted so many years on Ambian when all it took was two shots of rum and I'm out.
Disco Elysium, drugs makes you smarter and stronger.

was originally going to give temp +1 Int &+1 char which earlly is how it works if you're not a braindead stoner type
I am upset bit even f4 mods have good addictions
considering the direct effects that stat boosts have on your thoughts in Disco Elysium, I'd say it gets those pretty well.
Was pretty fun to play the game once as a straight edge guy and then again three years later having tried a ton of different drugs
yeah
