He means if you get damaged, the amount of healing you get is reduced by 20% or something along those numbers. In other words when your teammate is under fire, healing rate is slightly reduced

I would say its probably the best balance update yet but it definitely needs work. Everything is much more DPS focused and less tanky/healing focused. if youre a hitscan that can get consistent head shots you basically roll everything. I don't like that Pharah's really shirt flight time now and it feels like maybe the DPS is a little over tuned and needs to be scaled back a little or healing needs to scale up a little bit but not a ton.
its definitely worth trying though.

I'm waiting for a replacement for it like TF3 or something, I spent way too many hours on TF2 and milked that cow til its dry. Also I'm addicted so I need a similar team based shooter structure to replace it
It's half cooked with a lot of breakpoints broken.
exactly what do you mean? Do you mean the the balance isnt totally there yet?
Health got increased across the board, but characters that were balanced around breakpoints didn't get a damage increase. For example Junkrat can't kill with a nade + mine combo anymore.
due to health being increased across the board, characters like pharah have their breakpoints increased from 2 shots to 3 (50% increase due to fire rate) while faster-firing characters have relatively minor breakpoint changes in addition to having their shots easier to hit
much faster pace i actually love it and have gotten my friends to get on with me

Let's say I have never touched OW and just jerked off to the porn. Now the game is f2p so brazilians and russians feast on its corpse and everyone who plays it hates it. I have zero attachment to the story, past updates, broken story promises, censored content, or awful monetization models.

you'll enjoy it for a few hours because the base kits are fun to play around but the more you try it the worse it gets tbh
i still remember the first few weeks of ow1 in 2016-17 and the feeling of "woah this is so cool" but everything afterwards has been kind of a blur.
The core game is still pretty fun, but it doesn't last for long.

This game was so fun for those first two years of its life. I might reinstall sometime soon and give it a try again but doubt I'll end up sticking around for very long.

good ideas (most of them were mine), but caut and passive health regen are too weak atm. overall a step in the right direction.

nothing can one-shot you from full health anymore
in short, if you were bad at the game you will feel better, but anyone who was better than you will still be fricking your ass raw, it will just take a little longer
stormtroopers wet dreams. if you sucked with aiming s9 just for you-- huge hitboxes of heroes and bullets, hanzo shot with logs instead of arrows. passive regen for dps. so nu devs destroying Jeff's game and making anime paladins
The game is easily the best its ever been. I'm having fun.
