          Real advice:
Do this slowly. If it starts to hurt you need to see a physical therapist.

If you have coverage you might as well anyway.
Especially if you play a lot of fighting games or anything 'button mashy.' They may assign you some simple wrist exercises you do with a 3lb-5lb weight every day. If it turns out you have built up scar tissue then you will have to start doing that and have physical therapy to break it up.
I been struggling with this for years and didn't get it treated like a moron. Now it may take years for it to recover, if ever. So if you have coverage just get it checked out. There are similar other things to this too that can be gaming related.

So thats why gamers tend to be moronic? Because their brains get squashed because of headphones?

          Anonymous

Unironically yes, the brain goes through maldevelopment as kids wearing heavy headphones bends their skull while they're still growing. It's like wearing tight shoes not fit your size while your feet is growing, you'll obviously have horribly shaped feet as an adult.

the weight will make round your shoulders down, you DO want to have nice, broad shoulders, right?

thats completely true though. wearing clothes for longer than about 8 hours at a time will mold your bone and make you a low value male. you also need to be chewing for 12 out of 24 hours to maintain hunter jaw.

I had these exact headphones, got the dent, went away after a few years. Switch to something that's lighter or in-ear instead and you'll be fine after a few years.

“BUES ON MY BUE,” she shrieked at the top of her lungs. The people at the restaurant halted their meals and looked at her with total alarm.

“BUES ON MY BUE! BUES ON MY BUE!”

“Madam, I’m going to have to ask you to leave if you don’t calm down,” the waiter said to her impatiently. “This is a family restaurant, and we can’t have you…”

“BUES ON MY BUE! BUES ON MY BUE!”

It was going to be a long night.

Relax, the head just pops back up in a couple of hours lol.

Scientifically, you're actually moving your frontal bone a bit ahead and parietal a bit back which causes the mushy feeling but they reattach back within a couple hours most of the times. If it doesn't you might wanna push it yourself and it'll reattach.

It's genuinely hilarious looking at your hair in the mirror after a long session and realizing you look like a complete fricking homosexual because of the hair dent. Take a quick rinse in the shower, no problems. Or start going bald like me. Wining strategy. Jokes aside, I think I am actually starting to bald near where I rested my headphones. Might be related. I'm 30 tho and shouldn't be playing games anyway.
