Technically yes, but it's a fundamental problem with the nature of the limitations of floating point variables and the incorporation of design of the engine from the ground up. So many things would be required to be changed in the game to shift away from using floating point that the difficulty of doing so would essentially be on par from making an entire game engine from scratch, in which case, why not make your own game with blackjack and hookers and get all the money Bethesda would be getting?
The reason the modders can't fix it is the reason Bethesda didn't do it themselves. By the time they realized they wanted to do it, they had already walled themselves in without a door out.

And don't say it's just two minutes of them working on it, there has to be discussions and meetings on how to go about it, different voicework depending on the pronouns you pick, discussions of how this should affect human models, etc. Bethesda games are always going to be buggy, but less time to make it presentable by focusing on a useless feature is a valid criticism. If a game involves modern troonyshit or gender nonsense in it, it's not good. This has been completely consistent. This extends to films as well, and I'm guessing it'd be the same for comics if I cared to pick one up.
It's not necessarily the presence of the troony garbage that makes the product bad, but it's definitely a red flag that other things about the product will probably be bad. Like I said, this has been completely consistent for me. Now, if I see any kind of that shit anywhere near a game project, I just skip it, and I've been better off for the experience.

Technically yes, but it's a fundamental problem with the nature of the limitations of floating point variables and the incorporation of design of the engine from the ground up. So many things would be required to be changed in the game to shift away from using floating point that the difficulty of doing so would essentially be on par from making an entire game engine from scratch, in which case, why not make your own game with blackjack and hookers and get all the money Bethesda would be getting?
The reason the modders can't fix it is the reason Bethesda didn't do it themselves. By the time they realized they wanted to do it, they had already walled themselves in without a door out.

If a game involves modern troonyshit or gender nonsense in it, it's not good. This has been completely consistent. This extends to films as well, and I'm guessing it'd be the same for comics if I cared to pick one up.
It's not necessarily the presence of the troony garbage that makes the product bad, but it's definitely a red flag that other things about the product will probably be bad. Like I said, this has been completely consistent for me. Now, if I see any kind of that shit anywhere near a game project, I just skip it, and I've been better off for the experience.
