Why does dawn of dreams have some white piggu main character? Also any chance Capcom remasters these games and gives it to us in a collection? I haven't played them really and I don't want to pay ridiculous prices for games just because they are retro.

That's exactly what Warlords and 2 were, lmao. 3 actually tried to be a fricking action game, with an emphasis on careful skill and timing. You can instantly kill a majority of the enemies using an Issen, a critical attack that occurs right before the enemy hits you. It's cool.
No chance. It'd cost them a lot to sort out the rights to the celebrity likenesses and the remaster of Onimusha didn't sell enough to justify it. Maybe we'll get a remaster of Dawn of Dreams but I doubt it.

I wish capcom would give onimusha the re remake treatment, or better yet a new game in the series. my only fear is that they turn it into some shitty souls slop or nioh slop type game.

because outside of maybe one boss, the zombies are barely threatening and most of the game is exploring and solving puzzles, not active combat with actually competent enemies that can move better than you can
