Still waiting for my key fricker, and I'm not even sure I won't wait for the ACTUAL release to avoid spoilers at this point since I've been waiting for years anyway
I've gotten about 20 hours in it and it's definitely got a frickload of content that's there. I keep running into things and going farther and farther out.
It needs so much fricking polish but it's pretty deep
it's good if you like freelancer but it's buggy and janky as frick and the UI is garbage
i'm enjoying it but you should wait until it's out of early access tbh (if it even makes it out)
>Not sure where all the seething in the thread is coming from.
Literal schizos from a /vg/ thread angry about the developer. Funny that just like subnautica this is going to be one of those games that will be impossible to discuss on Ganker.
The horrible static noise on stations coupled with the improperly looping bgm is like nails on a chalkboard to me.
Also the generic fantasy traveling music when you're in space is hysterically out of place. Feels like I'm about to warp into a fricking carnival.

for me it's the ridiculously loud crowd noises in nearly empty bars
and yeah the soundtrack is a weird choice it doesn't fit the theme at all
Interesting game. Good potential. But >too long of an intro filled with shit I don't care about >too much information being thrown at you that you don't have time to process because you can't pause the fricking game >had 4 separate fighters crash directly into me (non-hostile) in 20 minutes of gameplay >too much fricking dialogue and bullshit I don't care about >flying controls are fricked in the ass >HUD is way too cluttered
Despite this, it has the makings of a good game. Though, I can't tell if the game is supposed to be taking itself seriously, or joking. It's really kinda torn between and it's not working for it
Ironically every early access space game that isn't you-know-what has turned out good for me. I backed both Everspace games and those ended up well.
It's like if a space game gets to that stage it's usually okay. Otherwise it ends up like that other you-know-what.

YOU SAID IT WAS ALMOST DONE! I ASKED YOU MULTIPLE TIMES AND YOU SAID IT WOULD BE READY SOON AND NOW ITS FRICKIN EARLY ACCESS YOU LIED TO ME

Yeah, it's janky but it's the most soulful space game in years. Not sure where all the seething in the thread is coming from.

It's one of those autistic one man low budget huge scope passion projects like crystal project or the evochron series
If you can get around the autism that comes from that kind of thing it's good
Literally who?
>stolen code
>AI art
Deserved flop, Trainwiz is a scumbag
Stolen code?
>early access
The sounds effects are laughably bad and I'm not even talking about the AI voices

>doesn't know about the custom radio
>early access
deliver a fricking finished product you rat
>trainwiz
>delivering a finished product
after playing for an hour, I see why trainwiz posted the same 3 webms for years
where are the keys trainfricker?
This is one of those Early Access games were I buy when lit launches in EA but likely won't play it tell launch.

>because you can't pause the fricking game
Yes you can? Just press escape
Can you do anything in your menu when you press escape? Inventory? Map? Skills?
>Inventory? Map? Skills?
homie just hide the UI effects if you want to see the game
Like 80% of this game can be tailored to be as autistic as you want
Ganker is getting filtered by a clone of baby's first space game
>refuses to elaborate
he quite literally just did that
what do you expect from an autist who uses arrows outside of Ganker
>March 21
>game released on april 10th
don't read, only react
Shut the frick up.
there was a demo before release since feb
You can't review demos you fat moron
>Early Access
I sleep

Elite Dangerous sucks
Starfield sucks
No Mans sky sucks still
It's a slightly more complex freelancer made by a Morrowindgay from here.
So good but going to filter 99% of Ganker
How's mod support work?
