The studio that made it doesn't exist anymore. Its literally impossible to port to PC since the original files dont exist anymore. And the Playstation 4 isn't emulatable.

To protect your copyright. If it got leaked someone could weasel their way into releasing the game and taking in earnings. By deleting things like the source code you are ensuring that no one can do that. Its common in the video game industry.

No and no. It is very overrated by a certain subset of rabid snoys because it's the only game their console has had for two entire generations. It's good but it's not better than Elden Ring, and if you've played Elden Ring, DS3 and Demon's Souls then you've basically played Bloodborne.
