Unfortunately, despite there being hundreds of attempts at the "rape dungeon simulator" concept, there are virtually zero actually good rape dungeon simulator games, most of them have rape dungeons as a feature and not the gameplay loop. a anon from /adgd/ has been working on a e-girl rape dungeon simulator for a very long time, never released a actual game of even a beta that resembles a game.

Not true, he released several early versions back on /jp/ before /agdg/ but they mostly consisted of being able to walk around and run over people. The best thing he released back then was a test track that was you in a school bus and as many kids as the game could spawn in order to test collisions and death.(the best part being that someone made a music track to go with it) I find it hard to believe he hasn't release anything else since.

Well, as others said, you can make a rape dungeon with modded Rimworld. I like making a slave plantation though.

some unique games you people might not know:
stationmaster - besides the slave training on your station it has a galaxy map you can conquer, similar to stellaris (you can really see the dev is into strategy but the strategy part is a little jank and not very polished)
dungeons legion - the adventurers come into your dungeon and you build up to defeat and rape them
Eiyuu Senki, Rance and Leanne are strategy but not really rape dungeon

The Dark Mistresses are perfectly fine on their own. In DK2 they visually participate in conversions but I don't even know if it has mechanical contribution because it's visually inferior to the non-D3D DK1.
