          It's a simplified and revised better of BESM which is a simplified and revised version of GURPs. It can run the same things but much quicker and easier.

            Huh, I'll check it out next time I run a one shot or mini campaign. I tend to prefer crunch-heavy games myself but find running a new system now and again staves off burnout.

    Just in case you're being genuine people are responding with non-specific answers because it's an extremely common mechanic.
    It's genuinely easier to say "yes" than to remember which games don't have it.
    Many of them have it tucked up the ass of a section on drugs, so it's possible to miss if you're not paying strict attention.
