Can someone explain this joke to me?
The sign is a subtle joke. The shop is called "Sneed's Feed & Seed", where feed and seed both end in the sound "-eed", thus rhyming with the name of the owner, Sneed. The sign says that the shop was "Formerly Chuck's", implying that the two words beginning with "F" and "S" would have ended with "-uck", rhyming with "Chuck". So, when Chuck owned the shop, it would have been called "Chuck's Fuck and Suck".

I put Schast, a shortened version of my username on most sites I frequent
it legit never occured to me to name it something else. when I was a kid I treated the naming screen as a puzzle where the correct answer is Link.
I only use my own name when I replay them, instead of deleting the save file for the first playthrough I use my name instead.
best time in the whole franchise was naming Epona some crazy string of characters and triggering a payload from my SD card to hack my Wii.

I don't like putting my name in games. I always feel mildly uncomfortable at the premise that a representative of myself is in the game I'm playing. So even when playing something like Persona 5, I make an effort to detach myself from the character I'm controlling as much as possible. I can't do that if he shares my name. This character is not me and I don't want him to be me.
I use Cunt because it's funny.
