I think they’re an ok concept but also wish their regular restored counterparts were available as well. Then in turn maybe make a Frankenstein using an older fossil mon like aerodactyl or something

Literally all they had to do was give you all the fossil pieces. That way, you can either satisfy yourself with the barely living freaks or the normal versions.

The only real problem here is that the colors look jarring, but I assume that was intentional. Concept is neat. Execution is decent. That puts them above most of Gen 8.
