wireless mice are fine. i've had a wired mouse and was constantly annoyed by the wire catching on stuff/causing drag. but im also a guy who doesnt appreciate 4K/144hz that much.
Functionally not a meme because wireless>wired objectively (no cable weight)
But the pricing is such a joke. The new DeathAdder V3 is 160€ here while the GPW consistently goes on sale for 70€. Superlight for 90€. Glorious Model D wireless is 90€ retail. And they're functionally the same mouse. It's all the same or equivalent microswitches or and censors. What are you paying the premium for?
I've used a G502 Lightspeed for 2 years now and not only have I not suffered double clicking but latency is pretty much indistinguishable from wired
Problem is I need to charge it every 2 days
G Pro X Superlight is the best mouse I have ever used in my +20 years of FPS gaming. Anyone who still thinks that wireless mice are a meme have extremely outdated knowledge.
I play FPS games on a semi-competitive level, so I was curious when tons of pro CS:GO players started using it. Plus I have plenty of disposable income anyway. If anything, you should be thanking people like me for furthering the technology so that people like you can one day get proper wireless mice for a good price range once it becomes the norm.
It isn't going to be the norm because it's wireless, dumb ass. Also, what the frick are you going on about csgo for? Everyone and I mean fricking everyone from normalgay to "pro" use fricking hacks in that trashshit skin shop game. This isn't an opinion, it's a motherfricking fact that csgo players all fricking cheat. it's proven time and again every fricking year more and more and more are exposed and banned. you are living in a delusional fantasy world, holy shit. of course you're going to buy an $160 dollar WIRELESS mouse lmao you're entire life is a joke. it truly is.
That's all you have to say? CSGO gay? Really? You bought a wireless mouse because you watched some fricking streamers play CSGO with them and went out immediately and bought one? LOL you are the actual definition of moronic. Take my advice, have a nice day now.

I heard s1mple(one of the best CS:GO players) talk about it on some Youtube video. Then I went out to try one and I was instantly convinced, and then bought one afterwards. I have zero regrets, it's the best mouse I have used in +20 years of FPS gaming.
why does it matter if you use a wireless or wired mouse?
youre still going to be bad at whatever game youre playing. >but muh latency!
youre not going to notice it, dumb autist.
>mouse goes low >plug in wire that's right next to mousepad >acts like a wired mouse, while charging to 100% in 45 minutes >unplug wire >it lasts 80 hours of usage
originally had a wireless mouse
the wireless functionality held up for about a year before i eventually had to keep it plugged in
got a wired G502 hero, best mouse ive used so far
I've had my G Pro Wireless since 2019 and it's still great. I'm kind of amazed it still holds a decent charge but it's only lost a day or two since new, and I don't think I could ever go back to dragging a cable around after years of using this thing. It's particularly nice for me because I play flight and space sims and have a whole rats nest of peripheral wires on my desk when stuff is set up, so it's nice not having a mouse cable to get tangled up.
Im pretty annoyed with the mice market >micro usb, in 2022. Frick you >tiny ass battery when you could have the mouse last a month without increasing the weight by much >double click issues >fail proof tech like optical switches or magnetic scroll wheel are rare, mice with failing scroll wheels are common >if the mouse has good features like mx3 the company deliberately cripples its gaming features so people buy their higher margin gaming mice instead >horrible addon software to change the leds >screws are hidden under the padding so if you want to fix a mouse you no longer have padding
meme
morons
mald.

wireless mice are better than wired mice now
this level of cope is insane, holy shit.

you know you can just look at the specs of the mouse on the page where you buy it right?

Imagine actually being dumb enough to spend $160 on a fricking wireless mouse.

Take your meds, you are unironically a projecting schizo.

ah now we're on stage 2 of wired cope
poorgays
Black person it's like 70 bucks in Amazon or at least it was when I got mine.

>NOOOOOOOOOT MY HECKING 20 MS OF LAG. IF I HAD A WIRED MOUSE THEN I WOULDN'T HAVE LOST 10-0 REEEEEEEEEEEE
MY mouse gave me 15+ fps in every game I play
wireless mice are no joke
>one more thing that I have to remember to charge / replace batteries
no thanks

>costs 1/4 the price
Sure, but you got cable drag. It's one of those things where most people can't go back to wired mice once you have tried a proper wireless one.
originally had a wireless mouse

My only complaint is that I am too cheap to buy one that can be charges wirelessly and I hate changing batteries.

My G603 lasts for 2+ months on one charge

What is he trying to attempt bu making zoomers to fall in to the imput lag hell? Lol
You are 10 years behind, moron. Go do some actual research and you'll see wireless mice don't have "imput" lag anymore.
non-bargain bin wireless mice have been just as good as wired for a decade now. they just cost more
I will never go back to wired kb&m. it was one of the most freeing experiences of my life
i'm never going back to a wired mouse ever in my entire life
they're better than wired but not that much better so there's no point in upgrading if you've already got a good wired mouse and a bungee
