I'm not, I work for a living, so I'm too tired to get angry at video games
once got so angry that a shit thread here wasn't getting deleted that i fainted from a headache the rage gave me
it hit the bump limit when i checked later
I threw my phone to the ground and broke the screen after losing in Splatoon, ever since that day I stopped hitting anything and learnt to control my anger.
Things are expensive.

used to have anger issues as a kid, i'd break controllers fairly often or have tantrums usually over video games but other stuff too. around early middle school i realized i needed to get a grip. it was a difficult process, but i was pretty much over it by jr/sr year.
now that i'm older, i realize it's super easy to get mad at vidya when i'm stumbling drunk. two years ago i knocked a bunch of beer cans off my desk then another night i peeled the paddles off my mouse trying to hold my rage in.
last year i was wasted once and tried to play something. i picked my keyboard up and slammed it on the desk. not super hard, but enough to dent the presswood and that's the last time i'll play drunk, it's just not fun.
I had an eye opening moment years ago where I was raging so hard I realized I was scaring people in my household and since than I just haven't raged at games.
I've never get upset like that at video games. The worst that will happen is a quit and come back later.
I just think that "angry gamers" should just quit and find a different hobby like sports, horticulture, or anything else. Or, and this may sound crazy, but just take large breaks from video games and then come back to them while ignoring FOMO.
