I've actually tried but I couldn't get into it. It's so slow and the battle system is absolute shit. The whole "magical girl" thing is not appealing to me either. And that is coming from someone who enjoyed Atelier and Nep games.
I am but the only parts where the combat is fun are the boss fights (even on hard). The regular fights are so trivial and so far I haven't had to use a revive spell once
It's actually a surprisingly demanding game. Puts a decent strain on my 1070 Ti just at 1080p@60fps. People with low end cards will probably have to settle for 720p@30fps or something.
You can read about it here, apparently the shaders are very poorly optimized, hence the high system reqs:

Ah, I really need to finish it, but the game seems so easy to get all the achievements on that I'm playing to maximize my achievements more than actually seeing the game through to the end. And I don't even know if I want to spent the $120 on the Ultimate Edition of Tie. Aaaah. I am enjoying it, though.
Hmm yes it's totally a coincidence that between the last game when a certain platform did not enforce censorship and does now that this man had a change of heart.
He literally said in the interview it was because of changing (western) perceptions towards fanservice, that has nothing to do with artistic vision and is obviously self-censorship.
Look at these costumes, they are pure shameless fanservice especially when you consider they're young schoolsgirls and this tweet too is literally showing off watching schoolgirls crawl around from behind. Now imagine combining the two.
I was replaying the game earlier, aside from the overall perversion that is the beginning of chapter 4 (swimming competition full of buttshots and shower scenes), there was a small event with Yuzu and Lime where they tell you something that reminded them of something their father once told them. And then Lime abruptly tells Yuzu to go to the bathroom with her. Hinako only reacts with a '?' and then the scene ends. What's that about? Is it just a shitty translation?

My PC can't run it and even though they're bringing the second to Switch, they're not bringing the first one.
What kind of toaster can't run BR?

This kind of creepy scenes won't be in Second Light.
>This kind of creepy scenes
Frick off ESL
Frick off ESL
Quality retort
There has to be some weird shill campaign going on with this game.
There isn't, and the new game isn't censored either.
it’s just one moron, not even the otaku want this trash series despite the heavy pandering

they are dead
Nope. I'm just listening to the soundtrack since I discovered it through some Sonic fan game, of all places.
>magical girls
>it's not eroge
Pass.
Based alcygay
What eroge? Don't leave me in the dust bros.
>Dev reveals they chose to not focus on fanservice this time
>morons call it "self-censorship"
What happened to respecting the artist's view?
Yeah, hypocrisy at its finest.

Read his tweets. He clarified it's from his own morals, not external pressures.
What the frick else is he supposed to say? Sorry guys, we wouldn't be able to sell it on PS4/5 otherwise? That's just bad PR.

This costume too is also shameless and if it's anything like the first game there will be a lot more as DLC
Most of us already pre-ordered.
>Uta in a revealing swimsuit
I'm going to cum and the game isn't even out yet
>yurishit
no thanks
I tried, but it runs like fricking dogshit on the Vita.
If only it were actually optimized at all...
Not even ThreadOptimizer and 500Mhz mode can save the Vita port.
No, I'm wrapping up my Atelier Sophie DX playthrough. It's fricking amazing, such an awesome soundtrack.
I'm an anime-only that's going to be playing it solely for Uta! I might play the first game if I find the time
>censorship is okay if they're censoring at the source
that's a whole lot of copium to justify your $115 pre-order
>censoring at the sourc3
oxymoronic
Watch the anime please
>24 episodes
No. What the hell? I haven't watched an anime longer than 13 episodes since around Code Geass
what the frick is wrong with you, its a blessing when we get something longer
That's some really QUALITY shit right here, how low budget is this?
everything else was good about the show
It's an artstyle, young one.
The soundtrack was a masterpiece
Watch the anime.
Ao's aos or Kokoro's kokoros?
Utas Utas
I thought Uta is flat.
>Big breasts fill a mans hand, small mounds fill a mans heart
>t. Miyamoto Musashi
Imagine whole anime was done in this style.
It looks fricking horrible compared to the game.
yeah it was JC staff but they were able to make me love the characters by the end of the show.

I love Uta!
Uta!
Neptunia's shitty anime adaptation looks like a masterpiece compared to this low budget trash.
yeah but it's still Neptunia, you can't fix that with all the budget in the world.
Low budget + Soul > High budget + Soulless
