Less than DaSo3 is fine, it has to get somewhat close to Sekiro with a higher Japanese market percentage (because From is the publisher there so they make more money per sale) to be worthwhile though, EXCEPT after they do this one they can just chuck the series off to the C team to make the same game with a new hat until the PS6 comes out rather than wasting effort reskinning the skeletons and redesigning the fluted armor every time.

Stagger in AC isn't a new mechanic. It's been in the games since forever.
I think you mean stability, and they got rid of it except for bosses. In some of them you could buy parts to throw on your AC that would help stabilize it. Was kinda like poise. It gave AC's unique looks and styles outside of just you arms, core, legs, head.
