I can't think of any time it's been explicitly stated Vect has sex with his slaves. I think it's just a hold over from the skimpy pinup slaves from the 90's.
The only time I can think of Vect interacting with a slave was when he had one brought in to drink some wine and hear the story of the fall of the Eldar. Then when the story is over he tells the slave the wine he's been drinking causes excruciating pain to the human digestive tract.
Why is GW suddenly so prudish? I mean, yeah, who really wants 40k writers to delve into love stories or explicit sex scenes? But it feels like they're going out of their way to steer clear of anything remotely sexual, even when it comes to factions like the Dark Eldar and Emperor's Children. It's like they're avoiding that stuff like the plague.

It's more than likely seen as analogous to having sex with a chimp or a gorilla, which is either literally zoophilia or seen as some kind of sex act with a lesser species which is disgusting enough to be just as bad in the first place. I'm sure raping captives to inflict pain is probably not outside of the standards of morality in Commorragh, but I'm also sure that if the goal is to torment captives and inflict agonies on them and drink their souls, there's probably immeasurably better ways to do it. There's also probably organic meat-shafts and tentacled pleasure-polyps to satisfy Dark Eldar sexual urges. I can't really see them seeing humans as anything more than chattel slaves, used for immediate purposes when needed and sold around when not.

And then GW cancelled the "trilogy". Could you imagine Imperial named characters ALL OF THEM jobbing to Greater Daemons? Could you imagine them failing to achieve anything?
