Honestly it's probably the most impressive open world not only for an assassin creed game but any open world game so for that it's worth playing. But it's still an assassins creed game so be prepared for the same old repetitive assassins creed game loop. But I would get it just to marvel at the world they built. It really is impressive.

Unity is actually one of the worst AC games. It has nothing going for it apart from looking really pretty.
It's pretty much the same as every other ass creed game and it's pretty which makes it probably one of the best.

yea with most ubisoft games you need to use it. so if you buy from steam you need to run 2 launchers. better to buy from ubisoft connect imo. then don't need to have steam at the same time
it's alright when it works (as in not glitching out the ass), but it only works like 50% of the time. during fights you'd be swinging and hitting the air, escort mission AI is downright moronic, you can be running on a rooftop and suddenly teleport to the ground instead of jumping to the next roof, etc.

When did you play the game? I played it maybe 2 years ago and didn't experience 1 glitch. I know the game was mostly patched at some point a few years ago.
About a year back or two as well, everyone said that it's fixed but my playthrough showed me otherwise. Did I somehow play an unpatched version? I doubt it.
I guess not. I bought it on steam. Weird how we would have completely different experiences. My pc was still considered pretty high end at that time so I was able to run it on full settings with no issues.

Meh, it's 5 bucks. Go for it. Expect a lot of shit. For every good idea they had, they implemented 10 shit ones and the good idea is implemented poorly.
