They adjusted moves and stats a bit.
That said, yes, it's still not a hard game. Most people struggling aren't using long range attacks or paying attention to positioning.
i disagree because his backstory is tied to hojo. you see him get cucked onscreen in lucrecia's flashbacks. he is much part of the story just like zack
It's actually a really good tactics game. If you like Fire Emblem, but with trainable dragons you can feed mushrooms, their own shit and Aushwitz, it's a great game.
Story is really great, too and its ending is anti-NTR.
Just completed DOH as O-man, can anyone confirm if this is the final ending as I am feelibg a bit unsure, nothing more happens if I defeat DOH as every character right?
Loved the game, simply amazing. What games did this team do other than this game? Is it the SaGa team?
This is totally SE's fault under printing the game. I could preorder a physical copy of made in abyss at my local game store for pick up but I had to buy this online.

If it's print issues then it's Nintendo's fault. They're publishing the game everywhere outside of Japan. They probably didn't think it would sell all that well.
>release date one week before XBC3
I wonder why they didn't think it'd sell? Given that XBC3 steps on a few toes with it's release date pushed forward I kind of wonder if it was intentional.
I've only done Prehistory, China and Ninja chapters so far and I don't think I've fought a single (story) boss that made me feel like I had to grind. I do fight every enemy I come across and don't run so maybe I filled the grind quota but I always end up with such a surplus of healing items that I feel like you should be fine even underleveled as long as you aren't getting one shot.
so long as you weren't planning on using it on bosses (like a b***h) you'll be fine
might want to get the suijin scale from the ninja chapter fish if you haven't already
Get good
>losing in this piss easy square game
what this anon said
I haven't played the remake (no shit) but on the original I really only struggled a few bosses (the ninja chapter and the medieval one).
struggled against*
Also, doesn't the remake literally show you the attack ranges and what's effective against who? That should make it even easier.
never fricking reply to one of my threads again or i wont be help accountable for what happens to you chud
You're a fricking moron.
Here, have another reply
>never fricking reply to one of my threads again or i wont be help accountable for what happens to you chud

the original does as well if im not misunderstanding you

Obligatory post
is the game NTR or it has one of the protags being cucked? big difference.
>big difference.
Not really considering netorare inherently means one of the protagonists being cucked.
Brotip: nobody means netori when they say NTR.
>not really
well ff7 has vincent who is undeniably a cuck but it's not mention in your unholy trinity of 90's cuckshit ntr-rpgs. whys that?
Because Vincent is a minor character and he gets cucked offscreen, it's not a central plot point nor does it get a whole arc of the game to itself.
i disagree because his backstory is tied to hojo. you see him get cucked onscreen in lucrecia's flashbacks. he is much part of the story just like zack
Both
the villain of the game gets NTRed but you play as him for a chapter
It's mostly a meme. The game's villain assumed the girl he saved wasn't an butthole and REEEEEE'd through space and time over it.
Bahamut Lagoon is actual NTR.
bahamut lagoon sounds like the name of a shitty quality 90's fantasy hentai
Considering NTR is actually one of the big points in the plot, you must admit that is one hell of a coincidence!

>What games did this team do other than this game?
chrono trigger
Its the Octopath Traveler Team that did the remake, but the original team for the original game is long gone.
The director, Tokita, also helmed Chrono Trigger and Parasite Eve 1, and was producer on stuff like FF Dimensions 1 and 2.
Most of the team was scattered dudes from across 90s Square pitching in. It's really Tokita's baby.
>wanted to play this today
>go out to buy in person
>no shop stocks it
>not even the game store
>have to order online
>arrive tomorrow

They fricked up really and it's so poorly marketed too

Does anyone have some decent pointers to try a no-kills run in the ninja chapter?, so far i feel i have been bullshitted every step of the way.
remember you can kill monsters and constructs iirc.
Just finished the ninja chapter and it looks like if you've recruited the prisoner you're forced to kill 8 lads at the end
Will this likely come to PC?
We don't know yet. Even if it doesn't, you can just emulate.
Almost certainly, given Octopath.
Triangle Strategy is not on PC
>Octopath ported 11 months after release.
>Triangle released four months ago.
Really gets the noggin joggin.
I HAVE TO WAIT A YEAR JUST FOR TRIANGLE STRATEGY AND LIVE A LIVE?
Or you could emulate.
Feels like it would get ported. Whenever the game has a button input in dialogue it isn't voiced.
Does the remake still do that shit where you can die immediately to Mad Dog in the first chapter and have to rewatch the entire fricking intro again?

Does King Mammoth respawn? Or did I frick up not getting the soda?
hope you didn't save after beating him
fudge, oh well I can live(a live) without it.
so long as you weren't planning on using it on bosses (like a b***h) you'll be fine

Is this worth a pirate or should I spend 60 dollars for a 10 hour game?
play the original first if you're unsure
Can anyone give me a pic of what the back of the physical box looks like? Not sure whether to get phys or digital.
Why do you care about the back of the box?
Not them but I want to see it too.
Just curious.
gets phys as an investment
